The Royal trekking trip is basically recommended for beginners who are restricted by time to trek longer. This Royal trek presents a true picture of uniqueness and allowing us the chance to capture traditional lifestyles of the tribes whose ancient religious practices and traditions have remained unchanged for thousands of years

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300 m/4264 ft]
Upon our arrival in the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will be greeted by a representative and drop us off at our hotel. 

Day 02: Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
The capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu, being the historical and cultural heart of the country, is a popular destination for tourists, trekkers and other types of adventure seekers. The city is a marvelous amalgamation of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western cultures influences. Paten and Bhaktapur are its two major neighboring cities. These two cities, like Kathmandu, have a rich historical, cultural and religious legacy which is reflected in the many temples, monuments and artifacts that they contain. You will be taken on a half-day guided tour of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur cities. In Kathmandu, you will be visiting Pashupatinath, the most famous and revered Hindu shrine in the country; Bouddhanath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal, Swyambhunath, which contains both Buddhist and Hindu shrines and stands as testimony to the religious harmony that exists in the country; and the 15th-century 55-window palace in Bhaktapur. An orientation session for the trek, which commences the following day, will be organized in the evening.

Day 03: Drive Pokhara [823m/2,700ft]: 6-7 hrs drive
Early morning after breakfast, we drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu (208km) via Prithvi Highway, takes 6hrs approximately (option of flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara, takes extra cost). Along the way we will stop in scenic spots, for lunch and to get fresh as well, en-route you experience the countryside which is lays with greenery, rivers, local villages, farm lands and beautiful mountain scenarios. Upon on arrival in Pokhara you have a option of your own.

Day 04: Pokhara to Kalikasthan [1,370m/4,496ft]: 1 hr drive, 4-5 hrs trek
After breakfast we drive to Bijayapur Khola to begin our trek. Initially we start our walk for about an hour through flat paddy fields and cross the river. After crossing the river the trail starts to ascend to Kalikasthan. Upon Arrival in Kalikasthan after a short rest we explore the region.

Day 05: Kalikasthan to Syaklung [1,730m/5,675ft]:5-6 hrs
After breakfast, we start walking through the villages. We walk along the ridge of the mountain which offers good views of Annapurna and Lamjung Mountain. We will explore many villages, its local’s culture and traditions and the rhododendron forests

Day 06: Syaklung to Chisapani [1550m/5,084ft]: 5-6 hrs
Walking through the Gurung village gives an opportunity to observe the local lifestyle. We move ahead playing a game of hide and seek with the rhododendron and Sal trees. Half way through the walk there is a 400m descent, then a 600m ascent for us to arrive at Chisapani. This is the best view point to see the Himalayan Panorama. You will see Dhaulagiri to the west of Annapurna.

Day 07: Chisapani to Pokhara
Today we walk half way down the hill to Rupatal and climb about 200 meters to arrive at Sundare Danda. Walk 15 minutes down to Begnas Tal and enjoy an hour of boating. Transfer to Pokhara, check in at a hotel and take rest or explore the Lake side.

Day 08: Pokhara (910m) to Kathmandu (1310m) 6-7hrs

Day 09: Final departure

The Royal Trek is one of the shortest treks that follow a shrub like path along the foothills of Annapurna, north of the Pokhara valley. The Royal Trek is so-named because Prince Charles and his 90 person entourage had explored this route in the early eighties. This trek provides the opportunities for meaningful cultural experiences with the diverse mix of people and cultures that inhabit this region.

The trekking trail of The Royal Trek seems to have permanence silence, so it is less crowded, which in other words mean, this is a great trek if you are seeking privacy. It simply accomplishes this although you will have a busy incident in which your mind will be occupied with seeing of wondrous mountains. Overall, this is a secluded trek.The Royal trekking trip is basically recommended for beginners who are restricted by time to trek longer. Compared to other trekking areas in Annapurna region, Royal trekking route is less crowded, so you can get more close to nature, culture and lifestyle. 

You start off this Trek from Pokhara, the city of lakes. Pokhara is so compact that you can swallow its beauties within 24 hours, as well as you can reach from one place to another place quickly. In addition to this, Pokhara is one of the finest cities in the world for its geological wonders. Here, you will be allowed to spend a night by the lake. If you like then you can go for boating, and in the water, you see the breath-taking reflection of the mountain. The trip finally ends at the scenic Begnas Lake which is about 30 km west of Pokhara City.
