Day 01
Arrival at Kathmandu. Transfer to the Hotel. |

Day 02
Breakfast at Hotel.
Morning: Halfday sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city
and Swayambhunath.
Afternoon: Free for personal tour. Overnight.
KATHMANDU CITY
Known as Kantipur, the capital of the Kingdom of Nepal.
Here you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess
who acknowledges the greetings of the devotees from
the balcony of her temple residence. Kashtamandap -
the source of the name Kathmandu and supposed to be
made from the timber of a single tree and the Durbar
Square are with its array of temples overlooked by the
Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient place of the Nepalese
Royalty.
SWAYAMBHU STUPA
Located approximately 4 kms./2.5 miles, this Buddhist
Stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The Stupa which
forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere
of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire
capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the
four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes
of Lord Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas
and Pagoda temples. |

Day 03
Drive to Chitwan which will take 6 to 7 hrs under normal
road conditions. It may take more time in case of traffic
jam or land-slides. We will drive to the resort in Chitwan.
Upon arrival the naturalist will host reception, refreshments,
briefing about the programs and the lodge/camp facilities.
For your information, the following itinerary is intended
as a guide line only, local and weather condition may
vary. The actual program will be given to the clients
upon arrival: CHITWAN
The Royal Chitwan National Park, the lush Valley of Chitwan
situated in the foothills of Churia ranges, is 75 airmails
South West of Ktm, houses the first National Park of the
Kingdom. The Royal Chitwan National Park is famous or
its variety of Wildlife especially the Great Indian One
horned Rhinoceros and the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger.
There are many Wildlife Lodges/Camps operating Safari
style Lodges within the park area and offer Elephant excursions
in the heart of the Jungle to view game.

Day 04
Full day jungle activities as per lodge programme.
Excellent opportunities for bird watching and excellent
chance to see four kinds of deer, wild roar, rhinoceros,
monkeys, sloth bear, gaur and many other smaller mammals.

Day 05
After breakfast drive to Pokhara which takes around 06/07
hrs Scenic drive under normal road conditions.
Arrive Pokhara and transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon: At leisure. Overnight. |

Day 06
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning: Half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city and
one hour boatride at Lake 'Phewa'.
Overnight at Hotel.
POKHARA
The rare combination of snow-clad peaks and snow fed lakes
and rivers has helped to make the valley of Pokhara (210kms/131
miles from Kathmandu) one of the most picturesque natural
attractions in the kingdom. It is located virtually in
the geographical center of Nepal. Located on the main
road between Kathmandu and Bhairawa, there may be no other
place in the world from where Great Himalayas peaks can
be admired from such a close distance. The Bindhyavasani
Temple on its well-kept platform overlooks a modest amusement
park. Phewa Lake, skirted by a large numbers of unpretentious
lodges and simple restaurants, is the most congenial spot
for visitors. |

Day 07
Breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Kathmandu.
Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon: Typical Nepalese dinner with cultural dance
at local restaurant. Overnight. |

Proceed to International airport to connect their onward
flight. |
